THE STUDY OF CRAFTS, DANCE, DRAMA AND THE HUMANITIES
Some of the more popular courses undertaken:
1. Communication
Communication is the process of exchanging information, usually via a common protocol. Studies in communication focuses on communication forms, processes and meanings, including speech, interpersonal and organizational communication.
2. Early Childhood Education
The formal teaching and care of young children by people other than their family or in settings outside of the home. Spans the human life from birth to age eight.
3. English Literature and Language
Literature written in the English language. English literature is as diverse as the Englishes that are spoken around the world. A study into the evolution of the English language and contextual usage.
4. TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)
TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Prepares the student for life as an English teacher. Focuses on learning methods, classroom management along with curriculum design for non-native English speakers.
5. Modern Languages
 You can major in French and Francophone Studies or in Spanish. You can choose a minor in French, Spanish, Italian, or German. Also on offer are courses in Chinese, Japanese, Modern Greek, or Tagalog.
6. History
The study and interpretation of the record of humans, families, and societies. Knowledge of history is often said to encompass both knowledge of past events and historical thinking skills.
7. Design
This course is structured to allow students to identify individual special skills and interests, by engaging in a wide range of design experiences covering the major fields of design practice.
8. Liberal Arts
Academic disciplines, such as languages, literature, history, philosophy, mathematics, and science, that provide information of general cultural concern.
